Ghaziabad man accused of rape & murder of 4-year-old niece killed in encounter

A man wanted for the rape and murder of his four-year-old niece was killed in a police encounter in Ghaziabad. The accused, whose arrest reward was recently doubled, was intercepted by a crime branch-SWAT team. He opened fire on police, who returned fire in self-defense, leading to his death.
