Uttar Pradesh: FIR against SI, constable over cop's suicide

A constable's death in Aligarh has led to an abetment to suicide case against two officers. Her brother alleges sub-inspector Sandeep Kumar and constable Kulveer Balyan mentally tormented her. The deceased had previously discussed marriage with Kumar, and Balyan reportedly harassed her after learning of this past connection, pushing her to suicide.
