Trilateral energy boost as Nepal resumes hydropower supply to Bangladesh via India

Nepal resumed its seasonal 40 MW hydropower supply to Bangladesh via the Indian grid, marking a landmark trilateral partnership. Running from mid-June to mid-November, the subregional trade meets Bangladesh's high-demand season. Both nations have agreed to expand the supply to 60 MW, pending India's final consideration.
