Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost bought $27.5m-listed NYC penthouse for $13m

Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost have purchased a co-op penthouse in Manhattan, which took seven years to sell. The property was initially listed at $27.5 million and underwent several price reductions before the sale. It spans 6,000 square feet and features numerous luxurious amenities, including six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The previous owners had made extensive renovations before selling, which likely facilitated the eventual sale.
