Madhya Pradesh HC upholds 20-year RI for man who married survivor

The Madhya Pradesh High Court upheld a Pocso court's 20-year sentence for a man who had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old, despite their subsequent marriage and child. Justices Vivek Agarwal and R K Choubey stated that a minor's consent is immaterial and only the Supreme Court can suspend sentences under Article 142.
