Hamptons estate with private golf course cuts asking price from $125m to $79m

Jeffrey Horowitz has reduced his Sagaponack estate's asking price to $79 million after attempting to sell it off market. Originally assembled in the mid-1990s for about $2.7 million, the property now features extensive amenities including a private golf course. The estate has undergone significant price changes, reflecting the current dynamics of the ultra-luxury real estate market. Sagaponack remains highly sought after due to limited oceanfront properties and residential demand.
