A bench comprising Justice Surya Kant and Justice N. Kotiswar Singh dismissed a writ petition filed by Janshruti (Peoples Voice) under Article 32 of the Constitution, which empowers citizens to directly approach the Supreme Court for enforcement of fundamental rights.
