Canva lays off 1,271 staff, offers six months' pay, MacBooks and healthcare

Canva has reported a layoff of 1,271 employees as it undergoes a restructuring process. Those leaving the company will get at least six months' salary and a year of healthcare coverage. To aid their transition, Canva will also provide a year of LinkedIn Premium access and specialized career support, as well as retain company MacBooks for these staff. This strategy reflects a humane approach to managing workforce reductions.
