Canada sets this condition for international students looking to work there

Canada's immigration authority emphasizes that international students may work only if their study permits allow it. Students can work off campus for a maximum of 24 hours per week during study sessions. Violating these work conditions can lead to serious repercussions, including loss of student status. Furthermore, unauthorized work may result in a permanent record of fraud with IRCC and a five-year return ban.
