CJP's Das, Ranka seek urgent night hearing against extension of judicial custody

Leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka are seeking an urgent night hearing in Delhi high court. They were placed in extended judicial custody after being detained for entering Jantar Mantar illegally. The Cockroach Janta Party claims that the delay in bail proceedings is intentional to keep them imprisoned. CJP representatives argue that their clients should not remain behind bars due to political motivations.
