34-year legal battle ends in win for wrongfully terminated man

A 34-year legal battle over an ITDC employee's job termination concluded with the Supreme Court awarding 50% back wages to his family. The employee, D K Sharma, passed away a year before the apex court's verdict, which sided with him after a protracted journey through labor courts and the High Court.
