Missing: Chennais new master plan

The Third Master Plan for Chennai is meant to create a city that would be future-ready and in sync with all the requirements of a modern metropolis. The CMDA was expected to release the plan with the governments approval during Pongal 2026. However, there is no sign of the plan yet, as the city awaits creative reimagining
