Minister Nirmal Kumar releases White Paper on TN Electricity department

Tamil Nadu Electricity Minister R. Nirmalkumar has officially released a detailed White Paper exposing the true status of the states electricity department. In a major relief to consumers, the government has cancelled the 3.57% annual tariff hike for this year.
