Kuriachan Johnson and his brother Ouseppachan turned their entrepreneurial gamble into Rakkaudella Chocolates, a single-origin bean-to-bar brand sourcing cocoa from Idukki. After early resistance in Kerala, the brothers now manufacture seven tonnes monthly, with plans to expand across India and abroad
