Delay in textbook printing triggers political row ahead of school reopening

As per a workers union at the Kerala Books and Publication Society, only around 70% of the textbooks have been printed. Union leader says dues amounting to nearly 15 crore remain uncleared and the previous govt. could not ensure enough paper supply. KBPS MD denies charges, says issues have been resolved
