2020 Delhi riots: HC grants bail to Salim Malik in UAPA case

The Bench notes that Malik has been in custody for more than five years and 10 months and the stage of the trial is that arguments on the charges are being presently heard. Suggesting that the trial is going to take some time, it also considers his alleged role in the case to grant him bail
