US senators propose 100% tariffs on Russian oil buyers in new sanctions bill: The hypocritical and capricious American policy

The revised bill, however, narrows tariff provisions against buyers of Russian oil, and proposes authorising the US president to impose tariffs up to 100% on exports from the five largest Russian oil buyers, namely, China, India, Slovakia, Hungary, and Azerbaijan.
