SC says no coercive action against owners of old diesel, petrol vehicles

The Supreme Court has ordered no coercive action against NCR owners of diesel vehicles over 10 years old and petrol vehicles over 15 years old, while hearing Delhis plea to replace the blanket age-based ban with emission-based norms. The court issued notices to the Centre and CAQM and will hear the case again in four weeks.
