Unilever to sell snack brand Graze to Candy Kittens owner Katjes

Unilever is selling its British snack brand Graze to Katjes International as part of a strategy to exit parts of its food business and focus on beauty and wellbeing. This move follows reports of Unilever considering the sale of other historic British food brands. The deal is anticipated to conclude in the first half of 2026.
