UP Governor mandates uniforms in state universities and colleges, pushes NEP and skill-based education

Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel has directed all state universities and colleges to implement a uniform dress code, while emphasizing professional conduct among teachers and stricter monitoring of student attendance. She also called for improvements in womens hostel facilities and the expansion of skill-based courses to enhance employability. Stressing the effective implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP), the Governor advocated multidisciplinary learning, value-based education, and the promotion of yoga across higher educational institutions.
