True intent of bills brought by govt mischievous, have to be rejected completely: Congress

New Delhi. The Congress party has strongly criticized the government's proposed women's reservation bills. Party leader Jairam Ramesh stated the bills' true intent is mischievous and they must be rejected. He highlighted concerns about delimitation proposals favoring populous states. The opposition demands immediate one-third reservation for women in Lok Sabha and state assemblies, including SC, ST, and OBC communities.
