Tamil Nadu Minister Nirmal Kumar presents gold rings to newborns

During a festive event on Sunday, Tamil Nadu Minister R Nirmalkumar honored newborns with gold rings as part of the ongoing birthday celebrations for Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay. This benevolent gold ring initiative, a pledge made for the upcoming 2026 elections, is set for an official launch on CN Annadurai's birth anniversary in September, and mothers were also gifted baby hampers to commemorate the occasion.
