TMC bank accounts debit-freeze, Calcutta High Court adjourns hearing till Thursday

A private bank reported to the Calcutta High Court regarding frozen Trinamool Congress accounts. The court adjourned the hearing after noting the solicitor general's personal difficulty. The Mamata Banerjee-led faction challenged the debit freeze of three party bank accounts. The court is considering appointing retired judges as special officers for these accounts. Rebel MLAs had complained about the source of funds in these accounts.
