Supreme Court issues notices to Centre, 12 states on PIL by Christian body against anti-conversion laws

The Supreme Court has asked the Centre and twelve states to respond to a new petition challenging their anti-conversion laws. The National Council of Churches in India filed the plea, also seeking a stay on these state laws. The court has ordered the responses within four weeks.
