'Such incidents happen as hate is spreading' Farooq Abdullah on attack on him

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah survived an assassination attempt in Jammu. He stated hate speech fueled such incidents. Union Home Minister Amit Shah contacted Abdullah and assured a thorough inquiry. The accused, Kamal Singh Jamwal, a relative of the host, claimed personal reasons for the attack.
