SC directs tribunals to hear appeals in West Bengal SIR exclusions

The Supreme Court has directed the formation of Appellate Tribunals to hear appeals against exclusions in West Bengal's Special Intensive Revision exercise. These tribunals will be headed by former High Court Chief Justices and judges. The Election Commission of India will fund the tribunals.
