Russian President Putin recalls reservists for protection of vital installations

Russia has ordered the recall of mobilisation reservists to protect critical infrastructure after Ukrainian drone attacks, including a reported strike near President Vladimir Putins Valdai residence. A decree signed by Putin, effective immediately, directs reservists to attend special training camps in 2026 to guard key facilities across the country.
