Remove stray animals from public places & highways: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court directed all states and the NHAI to clear highways and expressways of stray animals and provide shelters for them. It also ordered fencing around schools and hospitals to prevent stray dog entry. States must form highway patrols and helplines, ensuring strict enforcement within two weeks.
