Ratan Tatas Seychelles villa up for sale; Aircel founder Sivasankaran wants in

Ratan Tata's beachfront villa in Seychelles is up for sale, bequeathed to his Singapore-based fund. Aircel founder C. Sivasankaran and his associates have reportedly expressed interest in acquiring the property for a significantly higher price than its valuation. Proceeds from the sale will be divided between two Ratan Tata Endowment funds.
