Ramalinga Reddy has withdrawn his resignation, claims Congress gen sec Surjewala

Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala announced that Ramalinga Reddy has withdrawn his resignation. Surjewala clarified that Reddy's decision stemmed from a misunderstanding.
