Putin is ready to stop attacks on Ukraine, but only on election day, RIA reports

Russian President Vladimir Putin is open to ordering military restraint on Ukraine's presidential election day. This comes after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy proposed a 60-day ceasefire for elections. However, the Kremlin rejected this idea, advocating for an overall peace deal instead. The ongoing tensions reflect the complex political situation in the region. Diplomatic dynamics continue to evolve as both countries navigate their respective electoral processes.
