Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraaj Party has approached the Supreme Court. They are challenging the Bihar Assembly Elections of 2025. The party seeks fresh polls in the state. The plea alleges the Bihar government violated the Model Code. This was done by transferring money to women voters. The court will hear the matter soon.
