'Our country all set to take historic step towards women's empowerment': PM Modi ahead of special Parliament sitting

The Congress backed the move but warned against dilution of OBC, Dalit and Adivasi representation, as debate intensified over delimitation, caste census, and proposed changes to implement the 2023 law.
