Olympic champion Khelif to make pro boxing debut in December

Imane Khelif, the Olympic champion from Algeria, is set to make her professional boxing debut next month. After winning welterweight gold in Paris 2024, she postponed her return due to a training injury. Khelif has received a professional license from the French boxing federation and will fight Clarida Sarabia in December. Her coach believes she could win a world title within her first few fights.
