NIA chargesheets sixth accused in CPI (Maoist) revival conspiracy case linked to Bihar Magadh zone

The National Investigation Agency has leveled charges against a sixth individual in a Maoist conspiracy case that aims to rejuvenate the banned organization's operations in Bihar. Chandan Kumar, arrested in Mumbai in January 2026, is purportedly involved in financing the CPI (Maoist). The agency has now filed its third chargesheet in a special court in Ranchi concerning this matter.
