Mallika Srinivasan, Lakshmi Venu seek fair TVS family assets' division; MoU covers brand rights, management

Mallika Srinivasan and her daughter, Lakshmi Venu, look for a fair resolution regarding family wealth disputes. Their disagreement involves Venu Srinivasan and Sudarshan Venu concerning wealth distribution within the TVS Group. They emphasize that no equitable settlement has been reached despite ongoing discussions. The family believes transparent valuations and mutual consent are necessary for resolution. Management roles and economic ownership must be clearly distinguished in their negotiations.
