LeT terrorist Zakir Ganai killed in six-day Shopian operation

A Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist, Zakir Ganai, was killed in Shopian after a six-day operation. Security forces eliminated the terrorist following a Jammu and Kashmir Police tip-off. Arms and ammunition were recovered from the site of the encounter. Ganai, a category C terrorist, had been active since 2023. He had joined The Resistance Front, an offshoot of LeT.
