Ladakh takes steps to boost Pashmina business of Changpas

Ladakh's Pashmina sector is set for a significant boost following Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena's approval of two key initiatives. A 25% incentive for herders aims to enhance production of the prized fibre, while an 8 crore revolving fund will support the cooperative marketing society.
