Kolkata Municipal Corporation elections to be held in December: CM Suvendu Adhikari

Kolkata Municipal Corporation elections will be held by December this year. Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari made the announcement. This follows the dissolution of the Trinamool Congress-controlled body. An administrator is currently in charge. Elected representatives will return through polls within the year. Services are considered emergency services. Elections will be conducted by the first week of December.
