Kharge bids farewell to retiring members in Rajya Sabha, urges review of House rules

Rajya Sabha LoP Mallikarjun Kharge urged a review of House rules and more sittings for public issue discussions. He stressed increased opposition involvement in lawmaking to strengthen Parliament. Kharge noted that institutions endure as members change. He advocated for greater scope to discuss the poor, marginalised, farmers, and laborers' interests.
