Julia Fox, the actress and author, recently showcased a cropped jet-black hairstyle in New York City, with a bold-shouldered leather jacket, complementing with midi slit skirt, striped button-down, polka-dot necktie, sheer tights, and peep-toe mules. Earlier this year, she had showcased a bleach-blonde pixie cut and subsequently grew it out.
