Jan Suraaj petitions Bihar council chairman to disqualify Independent MLCs who 'joined' BJP

The Jan Suraaj Party has formally lodged a petition with the chairman of the Bihar Legislative Council, seeking to disqualify two MLCs who have defected to the BJP. These representatives, who were elected as Independents, face scrutiny for their actions after the election, as they are alleged to have breached Article 191 of the Constitution. The party has declared that further escalation will occur if no prompt response is received.
