Intention to change structure of Constitution, take over executive power: Mallikarjun Kharge slams Centre after failure of Delimitation Bill

Mallikarjun Kharge stated INDIA bloc MPs are not anti-women, asserting the NDA government's aim was to gain power to pass delimitation laws with a simple majority. He explained their opposition to the Constitution (131st Amendment) Bill and Delimitation Bill was due to the delimitation clause, not women's reservation itself.
