India backs Palestine's UN bid, declares aid

India supports Palestine's United Nations membership bid and a two-state solution. Fresh humanitarian aid for Palestinians was announced by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. India also pledged support for the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees. New Delhi committed to establishing a specialty hospital and vocational training institute.
