IN-SPACe offers full technology transfer of PSLV to Indian private industry

India's space regulator IN-SPACe is transferring Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle technology to private companies. This move aims to boost commercial launch services globally. ISRO will provide support for 30 months or two launches. Companies need five years of space experience and significant turnover or valuation to qualify.
