HC to appoint counsels as AAP netas boycott excise case hearing

The Delhi High Court will appoint three senior advocates as amici curiae. This comes after Arvind Kejriwal and two other AAP leaders boycotted proceedings. The court will hear CBI arguments once the amicus is appointed. The amicus will be appointed on Friday. This is in the case challenging the discharge of Kejriwal and others in the Delhi excise policy case.
