Goa sex scandal in which councillor's son has been arrested has more than 100 victims: Congress

A Goa Congress leader alleges a sex scandal involves over 100 minor victims. The accused, son of a councillor, is arrested under POCSO and other acts. He allegedly committed crimes for three years. Police reportedly hesitated to file the case initially. Efforts are underway to encourage more victims to come forward.
