GHADC Poll Protests: Two killed in police firing in Meghalaya's West Garo Hills

Two people died Tuesday as security forces fired on violent mobs in Meghalaya's West Garo Hills district. Clashes erupted between tribal and non-tribal groups over the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council election nomination process. Protesters demanded non-tribals not participate in elections.
