Food Network star Guy Fieri was rushed to the hospital following a fall on the set of Flavortown Food Fight tore his quadriceps muscle in half. The 57 year old stated that he slipped down a set of steps and one foot went forward and the other foot got caught on the threshold. Doctors mentioned that it was a rare tear in the biggest, thickest part of the muscle. Surgery was necessary to prevent the muscle from receding, and Fieri is currently confined to a wheelchair.
