First commercial consignments valued at $4,46,046 flagged off under CETA from Chennai

India and the United Kingdom's CETA agreement officially began on Wednesday. First commercial shipments valued at over USD 446,000 were flagged off from Chennai. These inaugural consignments represented diverse sectors including jewellery and automotive components. Agricultural and processed food products were also part of the significant export shipment.
